I was raised in Alaska by parents who loved to travel. I continue to appreciate experiencing the countless adventures the world has to offer. I spent over three decades in the Alaska travel industry, including managing our family's Bed and Breakfast. As empty-nesters, my husband and I have moved south to the warmer climes of La Paz, Mexico.

Being raised in a tourist location, I strive to find vacation destinations that are off the beaten path and unique. While I love to be pampered, I prefer an authentic experience of a locale. Good food is always a welcome attraction.
